Glasgow City FC Sponsorship
Glasgow City are Scotland's top women's football club with an unprecedented level of success both at home and abroad in the UEFA Women's Champions League.
All players at Glasgow City are entirely amateur, but despite this, our First Team train five nights a week on top of full time jobs and studies.
We rely heavily on sponsorships and partnerships as without this support, we would be unable to maintain our level of success and realise our ambitions. We view any level of help as invaluable, with all assistance regarded as a full partnership, with equal benefit for both parties our number one priority.
We have a number of different areas where we require support.
First Team
Sponsorship in kind or monetary to assist with the running of our First Team, the current Scottish treble winners and most successful Scottish team ever in Europe.
Individual Player Support
We are looking for sponsorship of our players, on a monthly basis, to assist with the financial burden of being elite athletes at amateur level.
Reserve Team
We are looking for a main sponsor for our Reserve Team, who provide the invaluable stepping stone between our youth set-up and our First Team
Youth Teams
We are looking for a main sponsor for our Under 13 and Under 15 sides.
Coaching in the Community
Glasgow City offers coaching in the community to young girls of all abillities in the area who wish to take up football as part of an active and healthy life-style. We provide this service in the evening and also during curriculum time in schools and after school clubs. We are continually looking for sponsorship partners to assist with this very worthwhile cause.
UEFA Women's Champions League
This summer will be our third successive entry into the UEFA Women's Champions League as proud representatives of Scotland as national champions. As a club, we must fund the cost of the Champions League entirely ourselves and receive no remuneration at any level for taking part. On average, each season, this costs us £15,000. Any assistance, no matter how small is vital for us in raising the necessary finance to compete. Simply put, if we don't raise the money, we don't go.
